Aaron Ralson


Aaron was born and raised on his family’s ranch in Western Colorado. Horses have influenced his life from his early rodeo career to his accomplishments in reining and working cow horse competitions all over the world. Aaron was the 2004 AQHA Sr. Reining Reserve World Champion and in 2006, he was part of Team USA at the World Equestrian Games, held in Aachen, Germany. Riding Smart Paul Olena, Aaron led the Team to a Team Gold Medal and took the Bronze medal in the Individual Reining Competition. Aaron is also the host of “The Ride” which airs every Monday on RFD TV.

Speaking of Horses TV - Wayne Williams

Mr. Williams has a long background in Radio both on the air as a disc jockey as well as newscaster along with working behind the scenes in sales and production.

Mr. Williams has always been involved with horses. Since age 6 to the present, he has involved himself with horses. He has appeared in Parades from the Indianapolis 500 Parade to the Rose Bowl Parade, exhibited in Open and Palomino shows, and most recently, he and wife Pat pay tribute to Roy Rogers and Dale Evans on Horseback with Silver Saddles and costumes of the era. Mr. Williams has totally dedicated himself to the Equine Industry since 1985. This is when a part time passion became a full time career.

Mr. Williams began mixing his announcing background with horses as the “Voice of the Midwest Horse Fair”. He has become the “Voice of over 20 top Horse Expo’s Nationwide and in Canada. He also aids many Expo’s in presenting entertainment on horseback and various equine acts.

For relaxation Wayne enjoys Trail Riding and camping with wife Pat, in addition to riding in parades, and be the man “Behind the Microphone.He is the Host of “Speaking of Horses” Radio and TV which continually brings a variety of Equine information to you at your fingertips on www.speakingofhorses.com. Hoosier Horse Sale offers a great alternative to selling at auction. Thousands of prospective buyers visit the Hoosier Horse Fair & Expo where they deal directly with sellers. All sales are private; there is no auction and no commission paid to Hoosier Horse Fair & Expo.

 

Or use a Hoosier Horse Sale stall to promote your boarding stable, training service or lesson program. (Tack, equipment and stallion services may not be sold from Hoosier Horse Sale aisles.)

Purchase additional tack stalls at $75/stall with your Hoosier Horse Sale entry. Limit two additional stalls per entry. Important: If additional stalls are used for horse then the full price of $140 will be charged.

 

Increase Your Chances of Selling
Horses have a better chance of selling if they are in good flesh, well groomed and mannerly. We recommend that the owner/representative attend the horse’s stall ready to answer potential buyers’ questions, especially during major peak times.

 

Stall Decorations
Your horse’s stall will be seen by thousands of potential buyers. Stall decorations are key to making a positive first impression and are highly recommended. In addition to decorations, information on your horse (photos, age, gender, copy of registration papers, extent of training, rider suitability, etc.) may be displayed on its stall.

Wells County 4-H Color Guard

 

Wells County 4-H Horse & Pony Color Guard Team, from Bluffton, Indiana, took 1st place at the Indiana State Fair in the color guard competition.  This is the first time Wells County has ever won the event to become the Grand Champion at the Indiana State Fair.  The team event consists of an inspection of the unit for cleanliness and uniformity, as well as an evaluation of the team’s performance of a pattern.  They performed a routine that demonstrated their ability to work together as one unit, while presenting the colors of the 4-H club, the state of Indiana and the United States of America.
